Le Bas Manoir

Located on the outskirts of Caen and set in several hectares of wooded parkland, Le Bas Manoir is a remarkable 18th-century architectural ensemble. The charm of a country residence for your family events, seminars and training courses, just outside Caen. You'll be welcomed into a manor house with a large living room of 45 m² to welcome your friends and family to the country while still being in town. In the dining room, you can organize a large table for 20 people!

Upstairs :
The Green Room is very spacious: 22 m². Queen-size bed convertible into 2 single beds. Private bathroom with shower.
The Taupe Room is very bright, with 2 large windows overlooking the Odon valley. Large double bed. Private bathroom with shower.
The Toile de Jouy room has a double bed. Private bathroom with shower.
The Blanche room with 2 single beds. Private bathroom with bathtub.
The Blue Room faces south with a view. Large double bed. Private bathroom with bath, shower, 2 sinks and closed toilet.

In the annex, on the 1st floor: 1 family suite comprising a 2-person adult bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) and an adjoining children's bedroom (2 x 80cm beds, 1 extra bed possible), private bathroom and toilet. Separate entrance.

First floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds of 80 that can be assembled into 1 bed of 160 cm), Italian shower, private WC. Separate entrance. Baby equipment. Internet access.

Wooded park with garden furniture. The garden can be adapted to your needs. On the garden side, the banks of the Odon (unprotected waterway alongside the property) and grazing horses will make you appreciate nature and the countryside. A 10-minute walk will take you to the Domaine de la Baronnie (exhibitions, events, reception hall).

On-site painting workshop with courses for all levels (watercolor, pastel...).
