Everyone knows the song "Il était un petit navire..." or thinks they do. But behind the refrain in everyone?s head lies a more adventurous story than we?ve ever told before, ohé ohé.
The play is inspired by the song and tells the story of an initiatory fugue: Noé is a young boy who lives exciting adventures aboard a boat-cabin he has built in his garden... But that's not enough for him.
He decides to set off to live a free life and meet heroes quite different from his father, an honest hard-working man whom he holds in low esteem. But who's behind the heroes? What will Noé discover on the back of their medals? What's life really like?
The show is performed by three actor-musicians, who tell the story in an intermediary mode between storytelling and theater. They are both narrators and characters, sometimes telling a story as we might do in the evening before going to bed, sometimes living it? or playing at it.
