The savoury offer, served continuously, includes smørrebrød: Nordic sandwiches revisited with six different recipes, featuring ingredients such as salmon, herring, meatballs or vegetables, accompanied by a velouté.
For a sweet break, the Swedish "fika", let yourself be tempted by the cinnamon rolls, plain or with icing for even more indulgence. A different dessert of the moment is offered each month to introduce you to Nordic specialties.
