Bertrand Belin, Olivier Cadiot and Marie Sophie Ferdane sing MOAB, Mother of all the Battles, the great epic constructed by Jean-Yves Jouannais (Grasset, 2018). An exceptional evening to mark the end of the Encyclopédie des guerres exhibition.
Jean-Yves Jouannais composes from a thousand quotations the epic poem MOAB. From antiquity to the present day, extracts from poems, novels, personal accounts, soldiers? letters and history books forge this imaginary battle. A monumental, composite work in which the eternal nature of war is evident on every page.
