The Aux Sports citoyens! exhibition takes you on a journey of discovery through the archives on sport and sport-related issues held by the Archives du Calvados. You'll plunge into the history of a century of developments in the sporting movement, in line with the transformations in our society.
A number of themes are covered, from the democratization of sporting practice to inclusive sport, feminization and professionalization, as well as school sport. You'll also discover some of the sometimes little-known figures, events and peculiarities of local sport.
