Exposition “D-Day Climate change”

Utah Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, Gold Beach, Juno Beach and Sword Beach? what does the future hold for these memorial sites, given the evolution of the coastline and the effects, both proven and predicted, of climate change on the D-Day landing beaches?
A presentation of the research work coordinated by Xavier Michel, Laboratoire Espaces et Sociétés (UMR 6590 ESO-Caen), based on the input from participatory workshops with 12 citizen groups made up of local residents, as well as people from afar, from France, Europe, the United States and Canada, with whom the workshops were conducted remotely.
Outdoor exhibition in the heart of Campus 1, opening June 4 at 5:30 p.m.
