To mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy, the exhibition On the Roads to Liberation: the Sicilian Campaign of 1943 retraces a crucial prelude to the liberation of Europe. It links the historic landing in Sicily in July 1943 with the Normandy invasion in June 1944.
This exhibition has been developed in partnership with the LRE Foundation and its Italian association, LRE Italia, initiators of the Route of the Liberation of Europe (an itinerary certified by the Council of Europe).
Open from 2 pm on weekends.
