Fête des plantes, quartier des fleurs

The "Pour la Qualité de Vie du Quartier des Fleurs" association is organizing its 22nd Plant Festival!

Nature lovers will be able to meet plant producers, local nature protection associations and social economy players at this convivial event.



Section horticole de l?IMPro de Démouville, Société d?horticulture, Les jardins botaniques de Grentheville, Le jardin des Alouettes, Paco Rousseaux, Nathalie Lepley.

Société des Amateurs des Jardins Alpins, Caen au pied du mur, Groupement mammalogique de Caen, Abeille Normande, Collège Villey Desmezeret.

Syvedac, Coop 5pour100, Bar?acc, Tympan, Dérailleurs, who will engrave the bikes.

For the 2nd year running, the festival is part of the "eco-responsible events" initiative of Syvedac and Caen la Mer, which aims to develop environmentally-friendly practices (more selective waste sorting, encouraging the use of "green" transport such as bicycles or public transport, etc.).

A street show offered by Syvedac will take place at 3pm in the park: "L?Odyssée des Lueurs" by Cie Foutu Quart d?Heure.


The "Jeux Mamuse" toy library will be on hand with giant games. The Brass Band du Tympan will delight our ears at 4.30pm.


Chez Dioune" street food, La Falue bakery and our own cake stand will be on hand.
