Grand Soir/ L’Iliade – Emmanuel lascoux

Anger, epidemics, war, love, fights, hatreds, battles, massacres. Two years after his translation of the Odyssey, Emmanuel Lascoux returns to the Abbey with his version of the Illiad (P.O.L). To discuss the most famous epic poem in world literature, he will be joined by Jean-Yves Jouannais, author of the Encyclopédie des Guerres.

Echoing the exhibition L'Encyclopédie des guerres, which has been awarded the 80th anniversary of the Liberation.
