This evening is organized as part of the Lithuanian cultural season in France and the residency of artist Ilona Mikneviciute at the Campus des Transitions de Sciences Po Rennes, in partnership with the Les Boréales festival and the Millénaire de la Ville de Caen.

Ilona Mikneviciute is a Lithuanian artist who has been working in France for over 20 years. For several years now, she has been intervening in spaces and places not usually dedicated to creation. She organizes artistic projects in relation to the local area, within the framework of workshops, artist residencies and participative actions in the public space. Her interest in bringing contemporary art to everyday places has gradually led her to adopt an eco-responsible artistic approach, guided by a concern for works that contribute to ecological transition and sustainable development.
