Satu Rämö, born in Finland in 1980, moved to Iceland in the 2000s to study macroeconomics, but quickly abandoned her studies to devote herself to culture, literature and mythology. Since then, she has enjoyed success as an author, digital designer and mentor. She has published numerous award-winning books in Finland, from her travel guides to her memoirs and a book on Icelandic knitting. Satu Rämö lives in Ísafjörður in northwest Iceland. The rights to the Hildur trilogy have been acquired in many countries.

Translated from Finnish by Aleksi Moine.15h - Table ronde La MartinièreBorn in Finland in 1981, Arttu Tuominen lives in Pori, the setting for his novels, with his wife and three children. An environmental engineer, he wrote Le Serment, the first novel in the Paloviita and Oksman series, which won the Finnish Grand Prix for best detective novel of 2020.
La Revanche won the Palle-Rosenkrantz prize for best noir novel. In 2024, La Martinière will publish the third volume of the Paloviita and Oksman investigations.
He will present his book Tous les silences. La Martinière, 2024. Born in 1968, Ulf Kvensler is a Swedish actor, screenwriter and director. He is the creator and lead author of several successful Swedish series (The Restaurant, Solsidan, Molanders). Sarek, his first novel and a true masterpiece, won the Swedish Academy Award for Best First Crime Novel and was shortlisted for the Swedish Novel of the Year Award.

He will present his book L?Inuite. La Martinière, 2024. Olivier Truc was born in Dax in 1964. A journalist, he has lived in Stockholm since 1994, where he is a correspondent for Le Monde. A specialist in the Nordic and Baltic countries, he is also a documentary filmmaker and scriptwriter. He is the author of numerous books, including the reindeer police series.
