The Ouistreham lighthouse

The lighthouse culminates at 38m high. You have to climb the 171 steps to reach the top and enjoy a 360° view on the nature reserve of the Pointe du Siège, the marina and its 650 moorings, the fishing harbor and the canal that connects Caen to the sea, the town, the beach and the cross-channel maritime station.

The dormant cemeteries of Caen

The disused cemeteries of Caen have been preserved in their abandoned state, hidden away at the heart of the city. They provide romantic walks and a chance to revive a host of stories from the past. To visit or revisit: Saint-Peter’s Cemetery, the Protestant cemetery and the Quatre-Nations Cemetery.

Street art in Caen

Born at the end of the 1960s in the United States and combated by the authorities, street art was quickly adopted by the world of official art, but still remains an anti-establishment genre. An opportunity for visitors to discover the artists who have made Caen their playground, the different techniques used and the many codes presiding over this form of art.

The above prices below are for departure from and return to Caen and are subject to changes in the VAT rate. Rates apply to the guiding service only. Entrance fees to sites (except Ladies’ Abbey) and meals (if the guide has lunch with the group) are extra and must be booked in advance. There is no supplement for foreign-language guides. Guided coach tours are conducted in your own coach. For tours, one guide is required for every 30 people. Booking fees apply per stay and per group, not per service ordered.
