Dining room with cathedral ceiling and kartell table for 6.
A living room with large 4k 55-inch LG screen connected with Netflix subscription provided.
Bedroom with double bed (160x200), large closet, TV and direct access to garden and terrace.
Bathroom with shower, sink and towel dryer.
Separate toilet.
An upstairs bedroom with sea view, featuring a double bed (140x200), a single bed (90x200) and a sofa-bed that converts into a single bed.
Washing machine with dryer.

Outside, the house includes :
Parking for two cars and bicycles (rack installed) protected by a gate.
To the west: a terrace with a table and six chairs and a garden surrounded by walls and fencing (sunny in the evening).
To the east: a terrace with a table and six chairs and a walled garden (morning sun until mid-Apm).
Deckchairs and armchairs.
Weber barbecue.

The entire first floor of the house is handicapped-accessible from the parking lot. There are many walks and jogs from the house (seawall, beach, marshes, woods, pointe du siège).

For those who prefer cycling, a cycle path (Vélomaritime) passes in front of the house and takes you as far as Courseulles sur mer, Cabourg, Caen, Suisse Normande? but you can also reach the marshes and woods located in the immediate vicinity of the house. We can also rent you bicycles if you wish.

No parties allowed (we live in the house next door).
